As investors, our operational efforts provide a competitive advantage. Executing hundreds of outbound campaigns in different segments of the market allows us to pool learnings from dozens of companies to provide tailored insights for each one.

Incendium’s diligence process is based on the same skill set that guides our execution and advisory work: We focus on core principles to identify durable competitive advantages and sustainable growth patterns. The types of companies that we invest in and acquire are generally early stage and often similar to our best consulting clients. Ideal opportunities possess the characteristics listed here.

We invest in venture deals as "fast followers" and seek to be small but strategic partners in the cap table. Additionally, we seek to acquire controlling stakes in early stage software products that we scale using our cold outbound expertise. In both cases, we are most interested in companies that can benefit from our expertise in growth strategy and outbound campaigns, which allows us to provide maximum value while learning about each company’s unique differentiators.
